Minimum rental period

Minimum rental period is 24 hours. The next 59 minutes is free of charge. If the vehicle is returned later, the Renter will be charged for the next day. |
Extension of the rental
| A request for extension of the rental must be made to the renting location not less than 12 hours prior to the expiration of the current rental period. Otherwise the car may be reported as stolen. |
Minimal age
| Minimal age of the Renter for cars from A, M, B, F and W groups is 21 years, for all other groups 25. The Renter should hold a valid driving licence for at least 12 months. |
One-way rentals
| The conditions of the one-way rentals should be negotiated at the time of the rental. |
Fuel
| The vehicle is rented with a full tank. It is Renter's responsibility to pay for the fuel used during the rental and to refuel the car. Otherwise the Renter will be charged according to the rate stated in the rental agreement. |
Insurance
By buying CDW and TP (both are mandatory) the Renter's financial responsibility in case of collision , parking damage or theft is reduced only to the non waiverable excess according to the box "non waiverable" responsibility.
Renter's non-waiverable responsibility can be lifted ( except for damages to the underside of the car and theft ) under the condition that the Renter buys additional insurance ( Super CDW ) offered by Budget. |
